Inex Group is an international shipping company that transports online ordered parcels, personally delivered parcels and commercial cargo from many countries around the world: America, European countries, Israel, China, etc. Inex Group delivers parcels throughout Georgia through a network of branches and agents.
Work schedule: 09:00-15:45; 15:45-22:30
Description of activity:
- Customer service – active communication with the client, possession of complete information about shipments and provision of the user with relevant information;
- Delivery and dispatch of parcels; active cooperation with call center departments;
- Friendly business relations with the client, organization and development of ways to solve problems.
Necessary requirements:
- Knowledge of English at a consumer level;
- knowledge of office programs;
- sociability;
- Collegiality;
- punctuality;
- Customer friendliness;
- Ability to work in a stressful environment;
- high sense of responsibility;
- result orientation;
