Orbita Company announces a vacancy for the position of Logistics Supervisor for the Adjara region.

Location: Batumi, Khakhuli Street 37

Main responsibilities:

• Control of product delivery to retail outlets for the purpose of sale;
• Control of distributors, distributor assistants and warehouse employees;
• Systematic control of the loading of orders to be delivered to retail outlets onto vehicles, the subsequent transportation process, and the accurate accounting of products returned to the warehouse;
• Inventory control and stock control in the warehouse;
• Distribution of vehicles carrying the product for sale on appropriate routes;
• Managing incoming orders and preparing appropriate documentation;
• Informing the employer in a timely manner in the event of a vehicle breakdown;
• Preparation and coordination of activity-related documentation;
• Submitting a written or oral report on the work performed upon the supervisor's request;
• Carrying out other instructions of the immediate supervisor.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in business administration);
• Experience in distribution is preferred;
• knowledge of office computer programs;
• Experience in a similar position and/or managerial position is preferred;
• Experience working with 1C software is desirable.
