The main functions and responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist will be:

• Providing technical support to the customer on purchased products;
• Initial technical support and diagnostics of digital equipment services;
• Providing software support for products purchased by the customer;
• Consulting customers on various technical issues related to the company's services;
• Ensuring the software functionality of the hardware in the branch;

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team who has:

• Graduate student in Computer Science;
• work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of English or Russian at a conversational level;
