Function-duties:

• ensuring proper operation of the branch;
• ensuring the execution of branch sales plans;
• managing subordinate employees and monitoring the daily work process;
• Care for the development of potential customer bases, constant development of sales channels and methodologies;
• constant monitoring of service quality in the branch and development of recommendations for its improvement;
• Permanent study and analysis of current processes in the insurance market.

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in sales (preferably in banking or insurance);
• knowledge of the specifics of the region and local market;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Ability to manage a team;
• result orientation;
• problem identification-solving ability;
• Effective communication skills;
• organization.

work schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 hours a week
