Job description:

1.1. Communicates with the customer
1.2. Top up subscriptions
1.3. Checks the eligibility of subscriptions
1.4. Responds to emails and phone calls
1.5. Works at Fidelio
1.6. Works in office programs
1.7. Works at the cash register and makes cash and non-cash payments
1.8. At the end of the day, verifies the cash and non-cash transactions performed
1.9. Provides information regarding supplies to the coordinator
1.10. Controls cleanliness
1.11. Provides towels and slippers
1.12. Provides information to various departments during special orders
1.13. Controls the consumption of material and technical resources
1.14. Controls the operation of mechanical and technical equipment, provides information about detected problems to a special service.
1.15. Controls mechanical and technical means for the purpose of visual defect detection

Work schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off
Work experience: preferred
