Job description:

1.1 To perform the tasks assigned by the manager as stipulated in the employment contract and internal regulations.
1.2 Before starting work, check the availability and safety of work tools.
1.3 Hand over the workplace cleanly to the next shift
1.4 In the case of an engineer on duty, he is obliged to walk around the building at least twice.
1.5 During the inspection, the operator must have a minimum set of working tools (a screwdriver, an indicator and screwdrivers).
1.6 Participate in the process of troubleshooting mechanical equipment
1.7 During construction work, promptly follow the instructions of the immediate supervisor.
1.8 Monitor the proper operation of mechanical equipment such as heating, ventilation, and cooling systems and equipment.
1.9 In case of their failure, appropriate measures should be taken in a timely manner to repair them.
1.10 Respond promptly when called out of a guest's room. Repair or replace damaged items or equipment. If necessary, provide explanations or instructions to the guest regarding the use of a particular piece of equipment. Show goodwill and courtesy to the guest.

Work schedule: 5/2 or 2/2
